Troop exp gains need to be looked at per troop type.

Most players have probably experienced this but I think a troops efficiency needs to be taken into account when the game calculates how much exp it takes to level or how much exp said troop type gets per kill.

It is far easier to level up ranged units in the game because of how efficient and safe ranged units are when fighting. Take the infamous Battanian Fien for example. It is far easier to level up a ranged unit because it is less likely to die on the field, and, in the game right now, ranged units are far more impactful than any other unit type. In my most recent Vlandian game, I have 38 sharpshooters, not because I targeted leveling up my crossbowmen, but because they level fast and die the least. Compare that to only 12 Sergeants and 6 Voulgiers for infantry, and only 3 Vanguards 3 Champions, 3 Banner Knights. The kicker here is that Heavy Cav is the least useful unit type right now, and I'd say even infantry is less useful than ranged overall.

In my massive pitched battles that come down the the last few units, it's almost always the ranged units that secure the win, and in many cases, you can completely decimate the enemy before your lines even meet.

I think that 2 things need to happen, they either need to slow the exp gain rate for ranged units, or increase the exp gain rate for infantry and cav, to help them keep up.
