Troop editor error

So I'm making my eragon mod and I used the troop editor to make Dwarf Veteran Axemen and Dwarf Elite Axemen, but ingame my Veteran Axemen have jarids and my Elite Axemen have swords and those items aren't in their items place in the editor.

Why are the weapons added and how can I fix that?

My post may be rather redundant, but have you started a new game before you tested the troops out?
