triggers : Check interval

i got question with triggers:
Check interval:
(0.0, 0, 0,...
if i want to check this trigger after 7 days ,i need this:
(24.0*7, 0, 0,... (i remember its in hour)
and if i want to check the trigger after 1 year,can i type this?
((24.0*30)*12, 0, 0,...
