Does triage tent skill work in towns. stationary on world map so inside the town would be the fastest place to heal right?

Same as well, it would certainly be better than the 10% boost while on the move coupled with later perks.

Would like to know this too. It really makes or breaks this skill. If it works in towns it's great. If it doesn't then it's hands down the worst perk because you're always going to be faster just going to the nearest town or castle.

Triage Tent does work in towns.

It says "Medicine-Perks +5" when resting in towns or being stationary, but not when moving on the map.
