Travellers are not working

Hi everyone, Sorry if this had been posted already. I didn't see any topic like this so I start one of my own.

I am playing with the Swadians, we are getting victorious every minute. So more war was there and my companions started to hate each other. So I kept friendly ones and disbanded Mathled, Dashevi and some more.

But now, I need them back, and I searched all of taverns, but didn't find them. I even asked the travellers, but they have no one in their list. Everytime I ask them, I get no answer. My player just says "Never Mind." I think it is a bug, but I haven't got anything from the travellers. So can anyone help me?

Travellers only show u where companions are when they were captured in war I think.but you will have to look around.

I looked in each of the taverns, even in enemy cities, it has been a month since I told them to go, but then also I can't find them.

Travellers show ya where your companions are ONLY if they are somewhere on the global map (in some location like other taverns/prisons). When companions leave you, they disappear from the game world for some time (sometimes for in-game months) before they are available via taverns again.
Usually when quitting, companions say you smth like "I'll try my luck in another country" - this explains why Calradia's travellers dont know anything about them. Once they come back to Calradia, they can be tracked again.

Right, there are very few topics about travellers but nearly every page of this forums topic list contains at least one thread about missing companions. It would help people like you a lot if all of them would read and when still clueless afterwards post their questions within those threads.
Those threads would again come up to the first page and would be easier to find even for people who are reluctant to use any search functions.
