Anywyas, Welcome to the fourms!

I have noticed that as well, in particular I have noticed that when my health or the party's health is lower(I can't really tell which one it is, since both are typically low or high at the same time) the party tends to travel more slowly. Additionally, I have noticed a fairly significant decrease in speed at night time. I don't think there is much you can do except have Marnid boost his wound treatment and hope no powerful parties run into you when you are slow.

As mentioned in the link, horses in your inventory affect speed as well, but only upto a certain point. Calvary and even mounted prisoners can increase speed, so does having fewer items in your inventory.

just used search option with "traveling speed", "travel speed" and "horse travel speed" and so far... i didnt read the sticky, im sorry

well, the info from sticky threads helps a bit, but it isnt constantyl same speed

Since when you'er hurt this usually means you've collected som loot, the slowdown might be caused by this burden rather than your (or your party's) health

No, I've definitely seen my speed increase as Marnid/Borcha's health recovered...

Unconcious party members reduce your speed.

Terrain seems to have an effect.

Overall weight, Agility, number of horses, size of party and of course certain skills (ride, athletics & pathfinding) all seem to have an effect too.

Makes sense, unlike the movies will have you beleive it's fairly dark out. Well, more so older movies that used a dark film over the lens and shot the scnene during the day.

Heh, the other day I was shipping a load of salt to Zendar, moving about 5.3.

Came across a bunch of river pirates, took 5 alive. Afterwards we were moving 5.9: pressed them into service as bearers, giving them a foretaste of the rest of their lives..
