Transfer saved games from an old laptop to new one

TO ALL MY MnB FANS,
Im in desperate need for assistance. Ive clocked in about 100 hours on MnB warband in my previous laptop, I cant seem to transfer the game despite following what ive read online- copy and paste the sav files from my previous laptop to new one. PLS I DONT WANNA START FROM SCRATCH. and thank you!

Go to my documents of your previous laptop. Then find mount and blade warband or something similar. Copy that whole folder and transfer it in your new laptop. Paste it in my documents. Make sure both the game versions are same. Enjoy ?
