Transfer effects to 1860 Old America?

Is there a way to transfer the "Sound and Smoke FX Mod v3.0 up!" with 1860?
And also get rid of that horrible muzzle flash 1860 has and swap it with WFAS muzzle flash?

In theory, you may succeed without having the source code of the submod, but it would involve some effort and trial and error without guaranteed success. Compare particle_systems.txt file of the submod and WFaS to see which particle systems were changed and then copy the selected ones over to 1860 mod in place of others that you would like to change. Then, inspect the BRF files of the submod or whatever was changed.
