Training skill disappeared in a party window

I have level 6 training skill.

When i open party window it is not visible there. And i dont get and give XP to my followers.

Did anyone have something like this?

it is not a party skill, it is a personal skill.  therefore it stacks with that of other teamates.

yeah i just realized that but nevertheless it has stopped working at all.  im llv9 and have lvl 2 troops and they dont get XP..( and i dont get xp as well every day)

anybody with a level lower than those with the trainer skill should get xp every midnight.  unless you have a companion with trainer skill over your level, you dont.  higher levels give more xp, meaning faster leveling.
