Training ground

So i read around what to do to get nobles, so i got myself a nice castle made a knighthood order (the dragon guys), but the senechal doesn't have any option to build a training ground at all..

Then i saw a green message saying 6 noble recruits came to my aid, only to find out they are normal pendor recruits? i get these guys by saving farmers and refugees...

i supose that without the training ground there is no hope to get any at all?...

if so... how do i build it?

If you click, Manage this town/castle, you will have the option to build it. The sencehsahfashal isnt the one who gives you that option.

Once you have Training Grounds in place, you can talk to him and click "Lets go to the War room"
There you can recruit Pendor Nobles, or whatever culture you're currently affiliated with.

maybe you have to upgrade you steward first ...
try it just go in your lords hall talk to your steward and click i wish to make a shedule training session whatever then get out of the hall and there should be the option train your steward

yep, some upgrade need an other one before seeing it.

The highest skill in your party is taken to train the castle steward. Every improvement you may or may not build, has a certain skill requirement, otherwise you won´t be able to build it.

The whole noble recruits thing is explained in the FAQ, you may want to check it for further quick answers to possible questions.
