Resolved "train troops" not acceptable again

Did "train troops" and failed due to big fight in a war. Quest log updated properly, but there seems to still be a hidden flag on me, so I cannot accept the quest again. The NPC says I would still be on a similar mission and that would be interfering.

Checked "known issues" and there only is something similar about "quest log not updating", which it did for me

In the save file, the number of soldiers in the unit is over 100. Can you reduce the number of soldiers in your army for this mission and try again?
