Train... Robbery?

First of all, GREAT mod.  Can't wait for the next version.
Ok, I see the train tracks on the map and the train in some cities.  Is there a use for it, or what. Can you rob it or is that just WIP for the next version?

I think it's just scenery or WIP.

If you want to rob a train, it's in one of the Quick Battles
