Trading fiefs should not be a high lvl skill

You should be able to trade fiefs by default. But since it's not working yet (See the spiffing's brit video) I understand why it's locked

225 -> Soc 3 and 5 Focus Points and you can get it. (very slow)

Some restrictions should be in place.

fief vs money + Peace for xy (very long time / years? )
Trade fiefs vs fiefs closer to Kindom
???

The reality is, that a fief is the most expensive thing in this Game.

The amount of land, people, ressources AND Power it brings is ridiculous.
Simply money alone is not enough in my opinion.

Well if you bored enough you could improve trading skill enough to unlock this skill and get fiefs for free. Actually lords are even going to pay you to take their fiefs

Has been fixed long time ago.
A fief now will cost you 300k roughly.

There's a lot of problems with the whole trading fiefs thing currently.

Sometimes they'll want almost nothing for their fiefs/loyalty. Other times, for example, when I was trying to kill off the last Western Empire nobles, a guy who was hiding in one of my own cities mind you, I managed to Charm him to join my faction (seeing as there was no option to capture him, even though he's in MY CITY while at War with me too) but no matter what I tried to bribe him with, he refused to join. I offered him everything just to see if anything would work, like 20+ fiefs and 16 million denars and yea, the "offer" button would never light up to even be able to complete the transaction.

Hm. Just did it. Once you earn around 10k a day nothing will stop the snowball running downhills. i wouldnt call my playin style powergaming at all. I just enjoyed trading. even with lvl 200+ it occured that i would gain 2 or more lvl in one deal. My specialty was selling that stinking fish from the north and that cheesy diary from the east. The more from the perifery the better (cheaper). sold it to cities that would starve after besieging them for a while  capitalism at its best baby. the whole fief trading stuff? prospering towns for barely more than a polished helmet.. ‚and that it's cutting me own throat‘
My taste, that perk needs a good godfearin nerf. I make round 100k a day

This perk arguably shouldn't exist at all or the AI should be incredibly reluctant to ever trade a fief for something a worthless as money.

Trading Fiefs should be be possible, but trading one fief for another should be easy if both partys are in same kingdom and if its equal trade castle for castle. Buying a fief should not be locked behind trade skill/perk, but only high price should prevent a player from buying it soon and fast

I think of it as You cannot trade fiefs with low skill cause You lack the knowledge allowing You ta say how much is it worth. The only thing I would change is the mechanic behind it.

First of all a wealthy NPC lord would never agree to sell his fief if it gives him.regular income. Second, even if some lord decides to sell it should be enormous amount of money or another fief in the barter.

they changed the price, it s goddamn expensive now. but ... you can still sell them fief after conquering it, that shortcut the whole voting bull****, you find a lord with good money and just drain him, then if you don't like him? just kick him out! take his fief and sell it to someone else with a bit more money! that s how I do bizness in this game.
