Make sure to check villagers on way to cities, they sell their goods to you at massive discounts. Example got 15 silvr ore for 90 denar.

I'm fairly sure things like this are already in the game, they're just bugged. The first trade perks mention that your profits will be marked, however nothing like that happens currently. Third trade perks also mention marking prices. It seems like most of the perks don't have an effect at the moment, I think when the perks start working correctly this issue should be solved.
