Hi everyone. Does anyone know really good items to trade if you have lots of money to spare. Just wondering what is the most profitable and common trade goods out there. Thanks for all the help.

Spice and Velvet are really expensive though, I prefer to trade linen (buy from Sargoth usually, sells well in most southern towns), salt (usually from Khergit towns), and iron (I think this tends to be cheap in eastern Vaegir towns). In the first few weeks of the game, prices usually haven't found their natural level, so trading isn't always successful early on. Once the economy has sorted itself out though you can make plenty by going for these relatively affordable goods. Once you get really rich you can buy spice and velvet, but often the place your selling them at will run out of money quick because they cost so much (spice and velvet can sell for around 1000 I think).

I find furs to be the best because they're cheap, usually only 43-60 in the Veagir villages, and sell for 300-400 in Rhodok towns and in Tihr.  Very easy run and the highest percentage gain.

Ya I agree with you guys. Linen and fur are my favs too. Personally spice and velvet is annoying to trade cause of the low quanity and rarity of them. Oil is good too. I like to buy oil and swadian cities then sell It to veagir cities

Once you get yourself a lot of money got to Tulga, it has an unbelievable amount of spice. Then go sell it in Thir, Sargoth, and Warcheg. One city alone probably won't have enough money for you to sell it all.

K thanks I will look into that later in the game. I kind of just started another game and on day 25 with the rhoduks with no enemies. I am just trading and storing up for the best armor and weps for my campanions and me. I wonder if spice has reached its true price yet though.

Omg that worked so well. I made thbousands of denars doing that. Thanks for the spice trade trick. Much appreciated.

Sometimes it is 'profitable' using the search button. I'm pretty sure that we were talking about the same stuff just a few weeks back.

Buy Fur in the south for 30-40 a pop, take it up to the north Steppes and sell it for 200-400.  When you're up there buy Spice for 100-250 and take it down to the south and sell it for 600+ .  I think my record for spice was a buy price of 82 and a sell price of 1025.  It's a pity that the merchants never carry enough money to really make it that exciting   I end up just filling up my chests in the castle with spice and selling 5-8 at a time when I'm in Tihr/Suno or Sargoth.
