In Progress Trade EXP didn't accumulate for a unspecified time

Initially, my TRADE skill naturally grew up to level 23, experience 60/536. But then suddenly stopped.
I am not playing a trader RPG so wasn't really paying attention. However, later in the game I realized that I still the same no matter if I try to make profit or not.

I don't know if it's a bug or some new feature that it's "hard to level trade now.." But seems strange compared with previous versions. It always slowly accumulated until it reached thread lock. In this case it still has plenty of green space to improve, but stuck at 60xp forever...

UPDATE. Immediately after posting this, the issue seems to be over. I started earning exp like usual.

So basically 6 in game years the exp was stuck completely, and now all of the sudden started working again.. and in 5min earned more xp than in the last 5 hours of gameplay..
