Tpactool Exported "fbx format" is not working on any 3D Modelling Problem - Maya, C4D etc.

I can only export .dae format and it works fine but for animated characters, motion files can only be exported as "fbx" format but when I import fbx files into maya, c4d, etc. it gives error

I'm using tpactool v4
