Town Npc Amount?

Is their a way to increase the amount of npc in towns cause i have a sound mod that makes a crowd sound when u are in city's and it doesn't fit when their is only like 10 people walking around

I guess there isn't anything to do that. at best you could add that to the mod you have but I'm not shure. I don't know much about making mods...

Ya I guess I could do that but I found a nifty tutorial on using edit mode I will try it today.
