Town Banners

I have learned to change (switch) banners, and I am grateful to those who answered me, but, I only have a problem with banners which are associated with a town. If i want to switch banners so that lord in Dhirim will have a banner like lord in Reyvadin, and vice versa, and i did that, but on the map it still shows the same banners. The change is noticeable only when I click on that lord's profile, then it is good but on World Map there is no change. Only for lords who have towns, with others there is no problem. I doubt it is a bug, so if anyone knows the answer, please help. Cheers.

I am not complete sure what's going on, I'm a bit unfocused today.
But town banners will always be the same as the lord's.
So if you swapped some lord's banners, the town and the lord will still have the same banner. If that is your problem.

You need to also indicate how you are doing what you are doing.  What did you change?  Are you using the MS or TXT Tweaking?

Note that the banners and land are set up in the first script of module_scripts.py.  If you do things before this, they will be over written with what happens in that script.  You may want to make the changes there.  And yes, always start a new game after making changes.
