True, tournaments are much harder than in native but:
I can use battle commands while in a tournament. And what I've found is for example that I can tell my group to "follow me". What I could use to my advantage. Big advantage.
One tactic:
Let your team "follow" you and surround yourself around your teammates. Let the enemy engage them first. Then run around and take the enemy/enemies from the behind while they fight with your teammates. Makes winning a lot easier...at cost of your teammates, though.
