Toooons of erros

Okay so
im using hd 5770

so, i have dilpomacy mod. with osd item pack.
patch is latest patch
and here is what happened:
>i start game
>play it for long time
>im playing it in realistic so all i have is one save file.
>looking to meet up with lady
>ZIIINGGG NO MOAR ELECTRIC, so my pc internet etc everything goes off
>i wait for long time... boooring
>finally i start the game (i can play mb, yay!)
> it starts up fine.
> it starts fine
> it loads save fine.
> but when i go click on someone WITH ARMY(i mean to lord or something similiar) there is only surrender or die and i leave buttons
> if i click surrender, it says you have 23 army he has 80 army
>there is only one button down there LEAVE! no more.
> anyway, i go to my castle to look how its going there
> IM BOLD IM BOLD dammmeeeet
> also my army trainer(whatever its called) is not wearing clothes too(its first time i saw him so it may not be bug)
> i see there is a problem. so i SAVE game and open the game again
>gonna load my only, precious, awsome save. the save i wasted(not really wasted, it was fun) my weeks
RGL ERROR!
invalid number of troops: 3632
and thats all.
also im playing with about 150 fps and im freezing for like 3 second sometimes. in wars only(my fps si still higher than 30 in battles so i dont think its fps)
p.s: im still bold. even if i cant load my save

If you asked in the mod section, they might be aware of this problem, unfortunately most people who check here probably aren't aware of problems to do with mods.

i dont think it have anything to do with mod, if you google about that error everyone gets it no matter if there is mod or not. also this happened after crash--- so...
