Being a developer who is known to mingle among the people and impart great wisdom, would you mind conveying such knowledge with respect to some of the main questions held by the multiplayer community?

1) When will the map editor be made available to players?
2) Are the developers satisfied with the current role played by cavalry in skirmish, or are the devs looking at needing them by dropping armor values (or making other changes)?
3) What are the current plans regarding duel and battle modes?
4) What are the current plans regarding private servers?

@Callum, said there was a problem with password servers. Once that issue is cleared up they would open up a server with password for dueling. That is one of the plans I guess. + this might also answer the 4th question.
