I haven't had any issues with any of the admins, though I can't say I've been playing as much as I used to. Usually it's the other players refusing to kick/ban team-wounders.

He got polled ban but it's been week since he got banned and whenever he joins the server it tells him his still ban?

No, would be impossible it would have to be a perma ban.
Add one of the admins on steam to address this issue further tho.
