Timeless Kingdoms - Morale

I could not find any topic regarding this issue so I had to start my own.
I have just downloaded the Mod and despite strage-looking Tyrion towns and villages I really like it. However there is one thing (yet :) ) that bothers me: the morale of my party doesn't change a bit - no matter what.
Not that I would mind the morale of my party being "excelent" all the time...  I just don't think that's the way it's meant to be.

Part of the issue being, that in order to scale up the amount of troops possible for a player to use without adding base renown (for reasons), other factors such as charisma, renown bonus, and leadership were to be looked at.

So adding to troop capacity without adding to morale integers, resulted in large armies recieving severe morale penalties, and constant desertion regardless to sustained victories.

I find this moral limiting factor on party size to be more interesting that just some hard cap of X troops in your party. This gives much more "weight" to food you have to carry, leadership skill, victory roll, idling (troops get bored) and events like abandoning troops to escape. I also find it a bit more realistic than: "sorry, I am only authorized to command 68 soldiers. We'll contact you again when someone gets killed."

I thought that myself as well. I actually had that with one of the earlier versions of 268 B.C. , but people cried too much when they couldn't hit that cap.

hmm I just thought of something..
