Bernard's Watch?

From wikipedia:
The rules of him keeping his watch were that he couldn't use it to commit crimes and couldn't be greedy.
What a let-down

Primer (2004)

It's a low-budget film, but then again it's perfectly fine given the story.  Having seen most of the films listed here, I would say it's easily one of the best films discussing the possibility/implications of time travel.

Not to mention, the science in the film goes way over the head of most viewers (including myself and everyone I watched it with).  You do get the story if you pay attention.  What I like about it is that unlike most other films, including the ones here, it makes no attempt to dumb down the material for the audience - if you don't understand it, oh well.  It really gives the feel that you're watching actual scientific minds, not actors pretending to be scientists.

It's not for everyone, but it's a great film if you're up for it.
Sounds great. I think I'll watch it today.

Idiocracy is...Complete nonsense, and on watching it, I think I cried just a little, from the madness of it all...But does have forms of time-travel in it.

I've seen it. The idea is good and interesting, made me sad... but this film is irony in itself. It's idiotic. Time travel in it is only forward  more or less what we are doing now (without freezing part). I want a film where main character takes advantages of being able to stop the time or slow it down. You know, where he/she does evil  things that I'm sure most of us would do. Maybe there is no such film... that would make me sad.

Oh look what I've found out just now:
in Polish:
Siergiej Krikalow – doświadczył nadłuższej notowanej dylatacji czasu dla człowieka wybiegając na pokładzie Mir w przyszłość o 1/50 sekundy
in ~English:
Sergei Krikalev - experienced the longest known time (1/50 sec in the future) dilation for a man on board the Mir

It has a cool and so true intro
