Time freeze

Interesting, is it possible to make feature: pause during the battle  without going to ESC menu, and be able to fly all over the place in spectator mode, watch javelins frozen in the air, warriors in different postures... Like in Hollywood movies 
It would be epic!

Maybe do some pagan magic cloak  for that?

The words Hollywood and magic killed this for me but nevertheless, while a plausible feature, maybe this could be done after more important stuff is taken care of? Naturally it's the team that decides though.

Sounds silly, but with with cheats you can pause (ctrl + F11) and go to slow motion (ctrl + F9 or is it F10? Anyway try a combination).

It might be handy in a TW sense... Pause the game and issue commands to your units. Unless the opposing Tactical AI can be significantly improved though it's probably not worth it.

Ok, as a feature it may be silly, but as a cheat it is very cool)
It will give me a lot of  aesthetic pleasure
