Resolved Tilde Key "Look-Around-Me" Camera Delay, Is It a Bug?

Summary: When I use the tilde key to look around myself, and I un-hold it, the camera slowly swings back around kind of cinematic-like. In Warband I played for thousands of hours and spent the majority of the time using the tilde key (gives you awareness, protects you from cav and archers), and here because of the cinematic-like swoosh around back to the front it's basically unusable, it's really disorientating. Is this a bug or a feature please? If it's a feature please can we have a "quick-snap" option to make the tilde look-around-me camera snap back and work as it did in Warband? Thank you

(To state how important this is to me and I'd imagine many others, I opened Bannerlord for the first time in months today and had to stop playing because of this)
