Alright, I've implemented a listing system here just as I have done in my siege event. On the OP (original post) you will see Event Roster, Reserve List, and Wait List.
Event Roster: A list of regiments in which can regularly attend
Reserve List: A list of regiments who cannot regularly attend (attendance problems, etc) but are still in the event and invited to the pre-battle meeting.
Wait List: A list of regiments who are waiting for entrance into the event.
That should do it. It's an efficient system that I wanted to have in place when the time comes.
