I've been making YouTube videos for a little while now, on and off, mostly to promote games/mods that I like, and I recently made a new channel dedicated to games (since such footage doesn't fit the other one).
I'm mostly posting it here to get your opinions and advice etc.
My most recent endeavour has been to make an immersive video-AAR using the Europa Barbarorum mod for Rome: Total War. It's not going to be like Urgrevling's "Let's Play", since I don't think I could provide quite as much insight into the history of this period as he does (aside from linguistics perhaps), and I doubt I can beat his Norwegian accent with my potato-Danish - I don't feel very comfortable speaking in my videos anyway, (besdes, my microphone isn't very good). It's not as viewing-friendly perhaps (lots of reading), so I don't expect it to be very popular; I do enjoy playing it like this though, since it makes me study the characters and events more closely than I otherwise would, and I get more immersed in it myself - which I also hope viewers will.
