Throwing weapon inaccuracy

Hello, I've recently started using throwing weapons on my character to spice up my combat a little.

However, the reticule for these weapons is very wide, making it very hard to hit anything barring luck.

Does this reticule tighten when proficiency is raised?

Yes, it does. Throwing weapons are great if you want to rely on the protection of a shield all the time.

they start to become accurate after around 200 proficiency.

Good way to get up proficiceny is to use throwing weapons in tournaments, and to put your weapon points into it (weapon master helps you increase proficency by doing faster and raises cap for point investment)
