Closed Throwing rocks at above 1000 meters altitude causes server performance issues

Summary: If you throw rocks at someone on a map where the altitude is above 1000 meters and you hit them, the server lags massively. As in, everyone has a 20 second long rubberband kind of lag massively. Other throwing weapons do not cause this issue, only rocks.
How to Reproduce: Hit someone with throwing rocks at above 1000 altitude on multiplayer. Probably by being on a map where the altitude is that high. Obviously, this can be solved by simply not making maps above 1000 meters.
