Find Bannerlord in your games list. Right click it and select properties. On the betas tab, click the curtain and find the correct patch (e1.1.0 - beta) and it will download a 2.3GB update.

Always make backup of your saves before each patch and beta update

take your saves in my documents and make a folder on your desktop with your native saves in it so if anything occurs you will be able to shift back to the old patch of the game with you backup saves.
