The game doesn't have a release date per se. Armagan and Ipek are constantly updating and improving the game. As to when it will reach version 1.0 ... noone knows ... but I assume that it will be when Armagan feels that he has gotten the game to where he feels it should be.
The game is very enjoyable as it is now though, and each update just makes it better and better.

Welcome to the forums!
I do wonder myself if Armagan will have to change his version numbering scheme before he reaches v1.00 as there is still a lot of polishing and upgreads to do. It will (hopefuly) be sometime next year.
