Hi! The Encyclopedia does not contain a description of the city of Varcheg in English and Russian. There are no mods, the files have been verified in the Steam.
The text is missing in the file settlements.xml along the path of SteamApps/common/Mount & Blade II Bannerlord/Modules/SandBox/ModuleData as well as in localization files.
