I noticed one of the features written on the main page was "K arena tunic coloring".

Does this mean there is a correlation in color between your kill streak and your deaths?
If so, what is the color code of a good player and a bad player?

neutral KD: yellow tunic
negative KD: red tunic
no deaths: blue tunic
admin: white tunic

This actually would make more sense. In design, we have the meanings of colors; which are how human eyes perceive something depending on its color. So basically, people who don't know the meaning of these tunics won't understand the yellow. White, on the other side is the enigma of colors; neutralized in every aspect a color needs to exist. Right for the neutral K/D.
