Sergeant Knight at Arms

A Sub-branch of the Masonry guild and the Lotus Society
The Lotus shipping company ships all types of items across water in their state of art boats, using the ocean to take vast amounts of products to those who need them for a price
We have many positions available:
Captain: Each boat has a leader, normally a Higher up mason or Lotus member, he gives the orders and makes sure everyone is following orders
Sailors: Control the boats directions and speed, usually 2 or 3 per boat depending on the size. Sailors are usually engineers too for repairs
Traders: traders act as passengers on ships, they transport goods via the boats, unloading and restocking supplies, double as woodcutters when repairs are needed
Guards: Usually archers, who protect boats from pirate attack
Roleplay reason for such a subbranch?
Information and Gold
, the masons rely on good intelligence to perform there secret activities, and people talk while they are travelling on our boats. also they will bring a good profit too.
Orders and chain of command
Usual chain of command
Me> Mason high ups >Lotus Operatives> Captains > Guards> Traders
But while on a Captains boat all players follow his orders excluding myself since i have alternative targets usually.
We have a unique sailing system that lets a captain command his boat from any part of the ship letting him move around to get a better view of the situation and still get complete control.
Lotus Dropoffs and "Tactics"we have a list of standard procedures an operative can request while on board the ship
our members know of the codewords for these requests
