The West

It feels like in my couple of attempted playthroughs so far the west is always either taken by Battania or Vlandia. Then whoever wins has so many resources they become an undefeatable steamroller that kills the rest of the factions and it really has made playing unfairly hard especially if you try to make your own kingdom. I don't know if that is supposed to happen or if it's even an issue to most player or if it even happens in other players games so I thought I would ask if anyone else has noticed it.

In my game, the Northern Empire is completely gone, and Battania are now dismantling what's left of the Western Empire. The only one holding their own are the Southern Empire, who have been expanding slowly.

This is after around a hundred days or thereabouts.

It’s the same here, personally I don’t think the factions should start really layingbj to each other until about two to three hundred days in. By that time all types of players should be ready to join a faction or create their own and still have a chance at succeeding. Besides having more factions longer creates real variety and immersion.
