The welsh

I have been the welsh and i have realised there strong disavatage ageinst the English, I <3 welsh bowman and all that but its been so hard to take over castle (witch i still haven't done) any tip.
I can defeat English in open ground but when it comes to castles they rape me XD

That's a little bit like it would have been in reality, isn't it? I have the same problem with my Irish. Perhaps you could hire better armoured mercenaries for close combat?

Yep, like geala said, grap yourself some mercs. As a merc you have to pay only half wages for your mercenary troops, if you are doing merc for the Welsh. If not it will be a little bit expensive. Go to Scotland and recruit Cymry from them additionally to Abberfraw, go to Ireland and recruit their mercenaries (galloglass or something), good melee fighters. Then take a short trip to every French city and grab yourself all mercenaries you can get until you have a force of ~100, train them up to tier 3 or 4 and with that you don't have to conquer a castle but you will simply storm any castle that stands in your way. While attacking, try to use your very good archers first to soften up the defenders on the walls and then let your infantry/cav/companions storm first before you order your archers to chagre.
