Ok, quads vs triangles? Also how about polygons 5+? Are smaller polygons more efficient, but in the case of triangles vs quads a quad is more efficient since it is basically two triangles but with just a single face?

It's more about shading. Quads mixed with triangles don't shade well at all, it's about the direction of face normals and things like that. Lots of shaders average them over certain areas and nasty things happen if you mix them. I don't really know the details, but stick with quads. Admittedly, BRFEdit will triangulate your models anyway, but they still shade better if they're all quads to begin with.

 great! I know I shouldn't complain, but next time, write down what you want to say first, so you don't end up saying "um.." or forgetting things. not that I didn't like it, of course I did, it's just something you COULD improve.

How come every game I play, there are so many Flemish/Dutch people everywhere?!

I actually did write down some major subjects, but didn't get into writing down the detailed stuff.

Thanks for the cheers everyone.

Hey thanks man, i hope i can become a succesful modder for people cuz im working hard to become good at it! You are belgian right? I am a belgian who is flemish too! If you are than very Kool man!! Anyway, thanks a lot!!!!!

hey i searched in Google for the unofficial edit forum but all i found was crap could you give me the link highelf or please just pm it to me.

Great videos, Highelf! Very informative, and so well done that many of the techniques can be carried into other modelling programs.

By the way, your speech reminds me of my Chemistry teacher who is French... odd...

Insetting is just clicking inset and draging the mouse. It should work without problems.

Makrond: Thanks. I speak dutch. Not really the same but yeah.

Just one thing, I watched your first tutorial, and as well as learning a lot, I noticed you didn't use the shortcut for Undo. It is Ctrl-Alt-Z, and can be very useful when you have to undo lots of times. Other than that, excellent work, and I'll be downloading the others shortly.
