Why play EUII when EUIII has been out for a while and may finally be tweaked to playability?

I find EUII to simple for my tastes. Give me Vicky any day.

I can't play EuIII due to its demand for shader 2.0. Yeah, I can't play much.

Also, we should probably select our nations. I highly suggest that we choose one of the four major nations, England, Austria, Spain or France, and if we want to move onto other emerging nations later on, we can do so.

Turkey and Portugal are pretty important though. I'd think that you'd
want actual players in the colonial powers.
