If you're not comfortable going to random addresses you can type it in google. You sometimes end up at weird places.

Both of the links you've posted so far belong to hoarders. They essentially buy up website addresses for next to nothing, stick some random adds on them, then wait for a business that wants one of the thousands of domains they've purchased and charge an exorbitant amount for it.

Sometimes they'll snatch up domain names that are similar to a popular web address to get advertising revenue from the typos, or if a business is careless enough they'll grab the name-of-one-of-their-products.com before they can to either extort them for money or get all the people stumbling onto it. Most of the time though it's just jiberish in the hopes that it'll line up with the acronyms for someone's business, like the other addresses in this thread.
