I am just SHOCKED AND AMAZED how all western peoples minds are controlled by media just as in Turkey. I see how we Turks have been overestimating you peoples intellectual accumulation for all these years.

Iran and USA are in a jeopolitical war over patrol. At the moment Iran can anytime occupy the gulf and cut the patrol stream. USA therefore wants the Kurdish corridor. THATS WHY the corridor opening to MEDITERRANIAN was so important. AFRIN was BECAUSE OF THIS so important. Afrin was the mediterranian gate for the so called kurdistan.
A country that has hostilities with all of its neighbours, bound to USA by chest, connected to mediterranian and close to all patrol zones.
One more profit: An additional friend to Israel in middle east.

So, even today, majority of the Kurds WHO are SHAFI(THE HARSHEST SECT OF SUNNI ISLAM) look at PKK, YPG etc as infidels. Thats why Sheikh Said had to go for RELIGION over Kurdishness.
Still, England and French back in the day; USA today always tried to create a nationalism wave among Kurds and believe me they still failed. Want a proof ? Today 15 million of 80 million Turkey are Kurds, if they even went for a passive resistence they would deal a great problem.

It is basically Islam modified for nomadic lifestyle of Turks. It is a composition of Islam and Tengrism. We used to dance with our women and men holding hands together whereas Kurds seieing this would despise us saying ''Kizilbash after all''. In their weddings women and men would form to seperate groups and dance like that.
So western medias efforts to show them as ''secular by culture'' ''mostly leftists(LMAOOO)'' is first hilariously then scaringly viewed by us, people of Turkey, even Kurds themselves.

There were well known Gulenists in the army. Erdogan over years worked closely with them when he was USA's dog. Ergenekon and Balyoz suits were plots to remove the patriotic Turkish high rank soldiers from the army. Erdogan gave his full support to these plots and many patriotic Turkish soldiers were thrown at jails and were replaced with pro-USA Gulenists.
Before 15 July 2016 Russia warned Erdogan about this and Erdogan despite knowing this, didnt do anything and actually used this in his advantage and increased his votes. Those soldiers were going to b judged and because they knew that, they made a desperate attempt. So it was like a vaccine, he used it to get more powerful.
All those patriotic soldiers that were thrown in jail due to Ergenekon and Balyoz suits were apologised and their ranks were given back and now the Gulenist ones are in jail.
Those Gulenist soldiers were for years torturing any military student who werent one of them so that they quit and in Turkey both earning the right to join that schools(Erdogan government for years gave the university questions to gulenists and many dumb gulenist kids did full results, some of them actually became confessors on facebook(they knew the questions of exams that didnt take place yet right), none of the lawyers for years went onto it, because...Turkey) and also having to pay huge sums of compensation to government for quitting them(so much money that their families sold houses(those who had)) so many of those ex students suicided.
Turkey is a **** up country because of its geopolitical location and our economy is also making life soo hard to live while superpowers constantly play with our economy because it is so dependent outside because we always had crappy governments who were underdogs of superpowers. I mean superpower, USA.
