This event is about two side of the Raven family, because the current jarl/hovding of The Tribe Of Trondir Haraldir The Spineless Raven have converted into Christianity and seeked an alligiance with Bernacia (a land in the mod Brytenwalda if you play it) But many Ravens and Soldiers does not like his current act and start a rebellion against Haraldir and the Ravens and soldiers that followed his path into christianity, the rebellion will be called (The Rebellion Of Trondir) wich will have a medium group of Norsemen named Bloaxs (Leader Eirikr Bloax) and the leader of the small Bernacian soldiers that were sent to aid the tribe of trondir leader is (Dryhten Aethelwine) Also it would be nice if Jarl Asgrim, could participate with a small rebellion group on two-four men or join the rebellion of trondir, I will make a recruitment board later for the type of soldiers etc. Also i will make a list of wich armour each type of soldier is allowed to wear (I might also ask Az to make a map for this event though it's next friday and i do not know if az can get done by then)
Also The Pictish raiders and a band of deserters will sack villages and enslave villagers during the event, because the war have made it hard for the lords to come to their villages aid
Preview of a part of the event
The rebellion of trondir will raid a village of the tribe, and enslave the villagers and execute the town elders infront of the enslaved villagers. Then they will move on towards one of the castles where haraldir currently sits in his hall and holds a feast, once the news about a big army standing outside the castle Haraldir puts on his armour and rides out with a few archers standing on the walls and with ten-fifteen men around him to talk with his brother Fasir The Raven (who will lead the rebellion against him) while he is talking to Fasir Cynning Map Eode shoots Haraldir in his chest, and Haraldir gets dragged back into the castle by his men. Then the rebellion proceeds to siege the castle, and after one day Asker_The_Impatient_Raven runs out the castle gates without Haraldirs commands and starts fighting the rebellion.. he manages to drive them off alone, but he have been pierced by a spear, and his left arm is cut off and Asker will die outside the castle
More happenings on the event (new role)
Ygmar_The_Seductive_Raven manages to seduce Dryhten Aethelwine's daughter while being dressed as a townsman, he persuades her to show him the secret entrance/exit to/from the town Dryhten is holding up in, at night Ygmar and Fasir together have hired two slaves to cause trouble outside the main gate, and while the guards and sorting it out Ygmar is sent at Fasir's command into the town with five soldiers (Three Hirdmadr and a Skytti also one Berserkr, sign up for one of these soldiers roles at the recruitment board for soldiers) they kill four guards and sneak into Dryhten's keep and set it on fire and quickly escapes the exit route/secret entrance without being spotted, Dhryhten wake up with fire all around him and quickly searches for his daughter wich is not to be found because she and Ygmar have fallen in love and she has taken his side.. Dryhten then hurries out his keep since he can not find his daughter. Dryhten survives the burns but half of his face is burned off
