The training of everyday miss?!?!

Everybody knows, there's training of everyday at night. But it missed in my game.
Now i should lead the troops to kill the people to gain the experince.
Plz help me !!! I cannot stand it anymore!! How can i make the training of everyday appear again?

Each unique character in you party (i.e. you and everyo one of your companions) has a training skill.

The training skill corresponds to the number of experience that will be given by each unique charcter to each troop of a lower level in your party.

e.g. if i have training skill 10 and i am level 16, every member of the party level 15 and lower will recieve 80 experience.

Maybe some of your unique characters are wounded and their skills can;t be used. Or the troops are just at a higher level than you.

He's saying that his training isn't happening and he's frustrated about it.

More than likely, your troops are higher level than you or the companion you have training your troops is unconscious.
