A small but nice topic (I think). Setting up a small top 3. What is the top three things you still want to achieve in your current round of PoP before gaining victory and what is the top three of things which happened but you absolutely weren't happy with? And what were the 3 best things to happen to you in your game? Ofcourse Qualis gems can not be mentioned. That speaks for itself. Let's not mention features either. I don't think a topic like this excisted yet, if it did, I'm sorry!

My top 3 of 'still wants':

1. That rumoured runed bastard sword (got near to 10-15 treasure maps until now but no sword yet).
2. Female 'valkyrie' plate armour, unicorn or otherwise stag (I saw one in the first week I played, then never saw one again besides the golden and cobalt variants, thus am currently using a lordly female chainmail coat with a unicorn).
3. To free and recruit some neutral lords into my group (ofcourse the lady Maltise can be redempted!).

My top 3 'did not want':

1. An unfortunate gathering of several factions took care of a few neutral NPC lords I'd rather have fought myself.
2. The Noldor I called so gladly into battle decided to leave their forest and follow some lords, now causing mayhem all over the empire's side of the map disturbing ballance each time.
3. Having created such a large army that I'm forced to fight half a dozen tournaments each realtime day (each 24 hours).

My top 3 'best to happen':

1. Running into a few armies filled with Noldor prisoners and aiding some lost forest bandits to capture Noldor, only to defeat them after and free these Noldor. I now have roughly 40-50 noldor in my party. Maybe even near to 60.
2. Freeing about 20 dragon knights from some Mystmountain armies who went to attack a few lords.
3. Having a whole row of tournaments, where winning one spawned the next one on my path, thus earning roughly 100,000 denars in less than 30 minutes.

Well,I quit playing my first character after obtaining my runed sapphire axe and getting to level 39. I was chopping knights like steak without even drawing the axe back fully before the swing.
Just got too boring.And still havent started another char yet,so I guess dont have a list,but I'm here to tell you that;
You can check that if the runed bastard sword is a myth,or not,by using the item editor in a couple mins.

Gl with the thread,

I know how to check it. But it's a lot more fun to guess and try! It's what kept me in many games, defeating hordes of enemies in the hopes of getting the gear they are wearing.

just  defeat heretic armis. demonic warroirs just use this sword. i got a balanced version in this way. and in my humble opinion, its far better then this ugly looking rune sword (all 3 versions) from al azis.

I have a Valkyrie Unicorn (blue) stag or armor or whatever it's named, I gave it to Riva, I have it since the first couple of weeks or so. I've also seen the green Valkyrie suit and decided not to buy it. She looks cooler with the Unicorn.

Just making sure you're jealous.

I had the luck to get a Tempered Runed Bastard Sword in my current game

Now I just want a Closed Sallet and I dont think I will want anything else for awhile except maybe a cool looking plate armor.

I found a Heavy 'No Dachi' sword - 52P swing damage . I enjoy wielding it from horseback against heavily armored foes - as I still haven't decided what weapon to get from the mines. One of my lady companions (the one with the pole-arm), wears the green Valkyrie plate armor - very nice she looks too.

I was really happy when the empire declared war on me and some random lord I'd never spoken to before but somehow had +30 relations with attacked me.

Unexpected first vassal.

Due to your high honor rating,in PoP,honourable lords will hear of you and like you anyway.

Fits to Simon somehow. If I'm not mistaken female armour does not recognise, if it's wearer is male or female, meaning the breast size is female, as the armour is for females. That would mean that Simons breasts have grown in you're game .

Yeah.. simon has man boobs now... /eeeek.
Seriously,he has a thin waist and like breasts and all... since in M&B the model simply applies when you equip an item,he just looks like a woman wearing a valkyrie plate with a man head with moustaché.
Fail simon is fail.

Maybe he's just trying to tell you something.

Yeah Donovan looted that stuff for himself.  It looks hilarious when you speak to him.  He's like  "Yes??? what the hell you staring at???"  I just left it, it looks so damn funny.

Suits those two fags, Donovan and Simon. Give them some wierd equipment and release those *****es from your service. Tavern customers all over Pendor will have a huge delight in spotting them

Still Wants

1.  Get some more lords as vassals, preferably one from each kingdom just to see if they'll get some interesting combinations.
2.  Get some Grim Riders in my army.
3.  Alaric Brouhaha never spawned in all of my games.  I'm still waiting.

DO NOT WANT

1.  Run out of money.
2.  No more Qualis gems.
3.  Losing my demonic warriors.

Best happened

1.  Recruited some demonic warriors, heretic priests, Wolfbode Honor Guards, K'Juda's Rajahar, Windriders etc. into my army in one day.
2.  Getting 2 Qualis gems in one day.
3.  Recruiting 2 lords in one day.

My top 3 of 'still wants':

1. I still want to defeat one of the great NPC armies on my merry own - but I keep bringing in my lords
2. I still want to conquer the whole map (so far I hold Singal, Muqaddas and a few villages - and 4 NPC lords, going for those with high renown)
3. Still want to find unique items other than the runic ones...

My top 3 'did not want':

1. Poinsbruk! When I signed up Duke Aldemar, Poinsbruk followed, and I had to micromanage my lords so they woulndt traverse the whole map to go patrol up north lol. I took out all units, gave them to Aldemar and Mansour Bey, then D'shar conquered it shortly thereafter. I'll be back
2. Vertex Buffer errors - ffs!
3. I did and still do NOT want NPC parties to kill each other - sigh! THEY'RE MINE, ALL MINE!

My top 3 'best to happen':

1. Conquering Singal - took a lot of effort on 100% difficult, but I always insist on making a town my first property.
2. 20 free Knight of the Raven Spear from Poinsbruk (ta!)
3. Defeating a 1500 large Jatu army with the help of a Noldor lord, two of my npc lords and about 100 mixed cavalry. Losses = huge, and of course the damn elves took most of the loot and prisoners.
