Trakai is an obvious must. Iirc there's also a restaurant/pub there run by Lipka Tatars serving (alleged) Tatar food and some extra punchy Tatar kvass. Regarding Latvia, there's a whole lot of castles and castle ruins in Latvia because German military orders. I remember Sigulda specifically, but maybe it was the trip and the people and there are more impressive ones. I don't know the country as well as Lithuania.
Estonia...dunno, Talinn and Tartu are classics. Other than that pretend it's Finland, but cheaper?

The zebras and camels are there for people to pet and calm down after seeing all those animals.
It's pretty fun and for those of us who actually lived with those vomits of sculptures around, also cathartic to see them fenced and reduced to tourist kitch for ez capitalist bucks.
