For my part, mostly because I wanted the guild to be a little more free and laid back. I didn't really like the way the old one was going, basically that Hershey was denied entrance by a select few, despite having the support of several players and for personal (and rather inane) reasons at that.

In short, I believe the people should control the government, not the other way round. That's why I became a TWAT.

Registered equal certainly doesn't mean that they'll stay there. How else would you explain people like Oubliette or Kissaki when we also have kavien, waraelm and Telapicus?
