While sitting around a camp fire with his comrade´s he told stories of where he had been and all the army´s he had served in...and then some one told a officer and James was shown the door ( his back side was shown a foot ) and after travelling with some gypsy´s he found himself in france again doing the only thing he know how to do, be soldier ,but he is disguise now with cool new moustash. His name also change to Jean-marie and he´s now a cavaler in a cavalry regimen .

-But Jean-Marie's horse got shot in a battle and his regiment wouldn't get him a new horse. So Jean went to Spain, changed name to James and joined the Spanish army as an engineer.

-James had a strange fetish for blowing up things as we know from previous events, so he called good old Betty and together they blew up a Spanish fortress together with it's garrison.

It later turned out that Betty got banned whilst James got away with it after blowing up the poor spanish fortress.

- James then went to Portugal and try to rally some allies to attack the french in the heart of France. He got some brits, prussians, russians and some french who were willing to fight against the empire. So he took a shipe with his crew and arrived at the shore of France...

At the west shore, he went and besieged Rennes, it looked to be a long and bloody siege. but... We all know who likes artillery

-The siege indeed was long and bloody. While James fired the cannon like a madman, Betty ran down to the store to get herself another serial key,.

He ran away to his beloved cannons and fired a cannonball right above the enemy commander. It hit a big piece of decoration that fell down and killed the commander.

James is rejected by all the proper officers. He takes out his pistol and shoots himself in the foot in order to be evacuated back to Britain.
