Re bows vs shields and armor, I would like to stress the importance of this particular line (speaking as a player, not a developer):

"Look unto the horizon not for quarry but for a lonely brother, and rush to him, and be with him, as his second shield and his second sabre.  For the two of you shall surely be victorious over any one of the enemy. The enemy's strong shield can defend him from the blows of one man, but it cannot defend against two from different angles."

Speaking as a player this time I'd like to note that it took me 4 shots to kill a kergit in a deathmatch wearing cloth today. That's right four 4 shots from a strong bow at point blank range in the enemie's back who had the lowest tier armor on. The player had respawned, but was likely away from keyboard.

or looking at logs or equipment seriously!!! Why you probably shot low to low or did you hit the head?

What I have been always saying: Khergits should be again nomadic tribe like at old times of 0.751 version. We should rule Calradia from saddle. Not from chair. 

And of course, Khergits should be looking more specifically mongolic ( by face ) in-game.

I dissagree with how softly great Father is dealing with this impudent lad, his guts should be eviscerated by spoon and his limps teared off with horses . And of course,  great Father shoud also mentioned, thus intensive training with  a horse,bow and cantabrian circle tactic should be priority number one for the most feared Khergit nation.
