Garrison increases your garrison level, attack is obvious, recruit increases your army size, and transfer switches Army Size to Garrison or vice versa, Specify if you choose that. Embargo trade cuts off the trade of a certain town, it can be cut off in two ways, diplomacy or attack. Sending a caravan increases trade which influences diplomacy. Sending a diplomat allows you to converse with another ruler. cripples the enemies defense but does not capture any territory, however it does increase your army size because of forced recruits.
2. Towns add +2 to garrison level, castles +1
3. You must say and do everything in rp, unless commenting on the game ect.
